Arginine performs the function of producing nitric oxide. It is profusely found in most of the foods but many people suffer from its deficiency because of their unhealthy diet. This is why people go for liquid Arginine to fulfill this dearth. The amino acid that is taken in is converted into nitric acid, which helps in calming down blood vessels, to facilitate blood flow. It also helps in growing insulin and other growth hormones.
